- 01
So for home Saltison we will need the ingredients presented in the photo.
- 02
We'll wash the steering wheel, pour water and let it lie down like this for about 30 minutes. Then we take a big pot, pour water. Put pork in a pan, season with salt to taste, add black pepper with peas, bay leaf and a whole head of onions. Put it all on a slow fire for about 2.5 hours (after boiling, do not forget to eliminate the foam). If the piece is small, then it can be enough for its preparation for an hour and a half. Cook until the bone is easily removed from the meat.
- 03
Once the steering wheel is ready, let it lie still in the water, then we pull out. Cut in half, twist the bone. We put a clean, folded gauze on a board, put boiled pork fillet on it. On top of the meat, we lay out garlic squeezed through the press, salted and peppered to taste.
- 04
Now, we'll roll our roll with the gauze, or just take it like we're in the photo.
- 05
We put it in a cup, and we cover it with a saucer on top.
- 06
We put a small load on top of the saucer. We send the meat to the refrigerator overnight.
- 07
In the morning, we take off the gauze, cut the saltisone and serve it to the table. Another picture of Saltison.
