Step by step

Method

  1. 01

    1. Necessary products: powdered sugar (it can be completely replaced with sugar), flour, baking powder, salt, water and butter (I have a natural homemade).

  2. 02

    2. Mix flour and baking powder.

  3. 03

    3. In a pan mix oil, salt, powder and water.

  4. 04

    4. Bring the mixture to a boil, remove from the fire and cool to room temperature.

  5. 05

    5. Mix the sugar-oil mixture with flour.

  6. 06

    6. It turns out a slightly cool dough, a little sticking to the hands. Cover it with film or put in a plastic bag and put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

  7. 07

    7. Cut the dough into 5-6 pieces, so it will be more convenient to roll it out. The dough is very tender and will crumble a little.

  8. 08

    8. On a dusty flour table, roll a piece of dough into a layer 2-3 mm thick and cut cookies with a mould.

  9. 09

    9. Lay out on a bowl, covered with parchment paper and bake in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for no longer than 15 minutes. You don't have to roast too much. Cool off the bars.

  10. 10

    10. Cookies can be left and so, or you can glue pairwise with sugar glaze. For glaze, you need to mix 0.5 tbsp of powder and 1 tsp of milk. The mixture should resemble a very thick paste.

  11. 11

    11. Enjoy your meal!
