Step by step

Method

  1. 01

Savoy cabbage dishes are not inferior to dishes from white cabbage in taste. They are more beautiful, brighter and juicier.

  2. 02

Cook a small head of Savoy cabbage, cheese, sour cream, eggs and breadcrumbs.

  3. 03

Remove the top leaves from the cabbage. Cut the thickening from the remaining leaves.

  4. 04

Boil the leaves in boiling salted water for 4 minutes.

  5. 05

    Grate the cheese.

  6. 06

Add sour cream to the cheese and stir.

  7. 07

Salt the eggs and beat them with a fork.

  8. 08

In each leaf of cabbage put a little filling.

  9. 09

Curl the cabbage leaf with a “convertible”.

  10. 10

Drink each “convert” in an egg.

  11. 11

    Then slap in the crackers.

  12. 12

Roast on both sides in vegetable oil.

  13. 13

    Serve hot.
