Step by step

Method

  1. 01

We're going to need the following products.

  2. 02

In a glass of milk, add 1 tsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp. salt, a pack of dry yeast (10 grams), and 2 tbsp. flour. All stirred.

  3. 03

When the opara rises, we add flour. The dough should not be too tight. We work with him immediately, divide him into 12 parts and make such buns.

  4. 04

We roll our squirrels slightly, about 5 cm in diameter.

  5. 05

Now we need to melt the margarine (you can take butter), pour it into a small bowl, add any herbs there and dip the prepared cakes.

  6. 06

We'll get the shape ready, I've got a rectangular for bread. 30 by 10 cm. We cover it with paper. Our cakes, after dipping in margarine, folded in half and laid out in the form, try to stack standing.

  7. 07

When all the cakes are laid, let the bread stand for 30 minutes. We sprinkle sesame on top. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 190 degrees.

  8. 08

Ready-made Serbian bread can be served with milk or made with it toast.
