Step by step

Method

  1. 01

    1. Necessary products: wheat flour, eggs, milk, yeast, sunflower oil, salt, sugar.

  2. 02

    2. Heat a little 50 ml of milk. Add a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of sugar, and then yeast. All well mixed and put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. I'll either put it in a warm oven or on the battery.

  3. 03

    3. In time, the yeast will rise with a hat. This is a must for our pancakes.

  4. 04

    4. Sew flour. Mix with the remaining salt, sugar. Add 1 whole egg and 2 yolks. It's good to mix.

  5. 05

    5. Warm the remaining milk (300 ml). In small portions add to the flour, stirring well. The mixture should be uniform without lumps. Add yeast. Stir and add the oil again. The dough will be like thick sour cream, not liquid.

  6. 06

    6. Put the dough in a warm place to lift. As soon as the dough fits, it rises a little, the surface bubbles - mix well and again leave to rise. Thus, the dough should rise 3 times. I have been doing this for about 2.5 hours.

  7. 07

    7. When the dough rose 3 times, mix well again, it will be quite thick.

  8. 08

    8. And we bake pancakes in a buttered pan.

  9. 09

    9. Such pancakes are thick in contrast to pancakes, but not heavy, lush, with many holes.
