Step by step

Method

  1. 01

Prepare the products necessary for the preparation of salad.

  2. 02

Pour water into the pot. Bring her to a boil. Put the water in. Put in the water scented pepper, bay leaf and pepper peas. Let the water boil with the spices for 10-15 minutes.

  3. 03

Put the squid in spice water and cook for 30-60 seconds (counting after the moment the water boils). Remove the pot from the fire. Cover it with a lid and leave the squid in hot water for 15 minutes. Then take out the squid and leave it to cool.

  4. 04

    Cut the squid with straw.

  5. 05

    Cut the tomatoes with straw.

  6. 06

Clean the onions and cut the half rings. It is better to use blue Crimean bow. If you use a regular onion, you can marinate it briefly in vinegar.

  7. 07

Boil the eggs hard. Cut them with straws.

  8. 08

Mix the squid with tomatoes, eggs and onions. Smash the salad to taste.

  9. 09

Tuck the salad with mayonnaise. Stir it well. Decorate it with tomatoes and greens.
