Step by step

Method

  1. 01

To prepare a sweet omelet, we will need: a couple of eggs, preferably homemade (then your omelet will be saturated yellow); a little sugar (for filling and in the omelet itself); milk; flour; a covesm of a little olive or butter for frying; red currant.

  2. 02

First thing we do is fill it up. To do this, we fill 1 tbsp of sugar with currants and stretch it a little.

  3. 03

We'll put the currants aside and make our omelet. In a deep container, we will whip 2 eggs and add the remaining sugar. If you love sweetly, take not half a spoon, but a whole.

  4. 04

Stir the eggs well with sugar and add flour to them.

  5. 05

Carefully mix the components, breaking the lumps of flour. This is more convenient at this stage, when the omelet is not too liquid.

  6. 06

Now we'll add milk to the mass.

  7. 07

We'll finally mix everything and make a pan. We'll warm up some olive oil in the pan and pour egg mass into it.

  8. 08

We wait until the omelet catches (turn the pan so that the omelet is evenly distributed over it), and put in the middle of the currants with sugar.

  9. 09

Now we're starting to fold the omelet. First, in half.

  10. 10

Then we'll go back in half.

  11. 11

We keep the pan for a minute or two and turn off the fire.

  12. 12

The finished omelet is carefully transferred to the dish.

  13. 13

Cut it into 2 pieces. You can peel the omelet with powdered sugar or cinnamon to taste. We decorate the mint with a piece of paper and serve it with tea. Enjoy your meal!

Ready to serve

Serve the dish as directed and enjoy it while it is at its best.
