Tarator is Bulgarian cold soup, so it is more logical to call it summer, but in my opinion, in other seasons it can be very relevant. Tarator is served as the first dish, and as an addition to the main meat dishes.

Prepare the simple ingredients.

Peel the cucumber off the peel and rub it on a large grater, salt it so that it gives juice.

Grind the walnuts together with garlic in a blender.

Combine the cucumber and the nut-garlic mass.

Stir the soup. Cut the dill fine.
