Step by step

Method

  1. 01

Solid chilled oil is cut into pieces.

  2. 02

    Tea is in the mortar.

  3. 03

We pour flour, tea in the bowl.

  4. 04

Add white sugar sand, a pinch of salt.

  5. 05

And last of all, we put out the oil.

  6. 06

We make a good hand-mixing of the smooth dough. Don’t be afraid, the dough will crumble at first, stir it for 5-7 minutes.

  7. 07

Roll the dough into a thick sausage.

  8. 08

On a silicone mat or sheet of parchment paper, sprinkle brown sugar and put dough on top.

  9. 09

Continue rolling the sausage already on sugar with a slight onslaught.

  10. 10

After that, wrap it in parchment or food film and leave it until hardened in the freezer. It took me 30 minutes to do that.

  11. 11

Hardened dough carefully cut into circles up to 2 cm thick.

  12. 12

We put it on a pot of parchment paper.

  13. 13

Bake 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 170 C. Don't overdo it, the cookies will be hard.

  14. 14

    Cool and serve for tea.

Ready to serve
