Step by step

Method

  1. 01

To prepare the dough, mix the flour with sugar, soda and margarine. Rub it with your hands until you get a small crumb. You can pre-grate margarine on the grater, or you can just cut it. Margarine should be well frozen.

  2. 02

About 2/3 of the sand crumb pour into the form for baking and hands straighten in shape so that the cake has a bottom and small sides. You can take any form for baking. I'm a 25x35 uniform size. You can bake in a pan or in a cake form.

  3. 03

To prepare the filling, mix cottage cheese with sugar, eggs, salt, soda and vanillin. Stir it well.

  4. 04

Pour the cheese filling into the form for baking on top of the dough.

  5. 05

Pour the rest of the sandcrumb on top of the filling.

  6. 06

Put the king cheesecake form in the heated oven and bake 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees. Then take the mold out of the oven and let the damsel cool.

  7. 07

Cooled royal cheesecake cut into portion pieces and serve. Have a nice tea!
