- 01
Cut the turkey breast in pieces and pass through the meat grinder. Put it in a deep dish. I always take only a whole piece and cook mincemeat on my own, if there is not much that will be mixed into it.
- 02
Add to the minced 1 chicken egg, finely chopped onions (half) and garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, seasoning hops-suneli and semi-boiled round rice.
- 03
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and put aside. While the mince is soaked, we'll roast.
- 04
Chop the tomato in cubes, peel the carrots and rub on a large grater. Also in the roasting will go finely sliced half of the bulb left from the preparation of minced meat for meatballs.
- 05
In the pan, warm up 2 tablespoons of olive oil (you can vegetable) and lay vegetables in it in the order of onions, carrots, tomatoes. Roast them stirring for 5-7 minutes on average heat.
- 06
In roasting add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Continue cooking stirring for another 3-5 minutes.
- 07
From minced meat, form round large meatballs with your hands and lay them on top of the roasting. Add bay leaf, black pepper and herbs as desired, such as basil. Pour hot water (about 200 ml) so that it half-covers them, cover them and stew for about 20 minutes. Then turn over each meatball and stew under the lid for another 10 minutes.
- 08
Ready-made meatballs with turkey rice are served with simple side dishes (pasta, potatoes, buckwheat) and vegetable salads.

Serve the dish as directed and enjoy it while it is at its best.
