Method

  1. 01

From turkey hearts you can prepare many delicious dishes. Very not bad they turn out with rice, according to a recipe that remotely resembles pilaf.

  2. 02

To prepare this dish, we will need the following ingredients.

  3. 03

The hearts of the turkey should be washed in cool water and cut into small pieces. Then put them in a pan and pour 150 ml of water and put on fire. Bring to a boil, reduce the fire and extinguish the hearts for about 25-30 minutes.

  4. 04

While the hearts are stewing, let's get some vegetables. Cratch the onions, rub the carrots on a medium grater.

  5. 05

Put vegetables to stewed hearts in a pan, add a piece of butter. Roast it all for about 5-7 minutes, and then salt and pepper to taste.

  6. 06
