Prepare flour, milk, sugar, powdered sugar, salt, ground cinnamon, eggs, butter, walnuts, honey and lemon juice.

Grind the walnuts, but not into powder, but into a medium-sized crumb and mix with powdered sugar and cinnamon.

From flour, milk, eggs, salt and butter, mix the elastic dough manually or with kitchen appliances and leave it to rest for 20 minutes.

Divide the dough into about 20 pieces.

Each piece of dough roll as thinly as possible, lubricate it with melted butter, lay on 1/2 or 2/3 of the surface of the dough nut filling.

Wrap the dough with the filling on a stick, squeeze on both sides into an accordion and take out the stick.

Place the blanks on a lubricated pan or silicone mat, lubricate with a mixture of yolk and 1 tablespoon of water. Bake first for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Then lubricate with butter and bake at 160 degrees for about 45-50 minutes.

Boil from water and sugar syrup, i.e. dissolve the sugar in water, bring to a boil and cook on an average heat for about five minutes. Then add lemon juice and honey, mix.

Ready hot baklava pour a fragrant sugar syrup and leave to soak for about four hours.
