Pour the lentils with cold water and bring to a boil. Take off the foam.
- 03
Reduce the fire to a minimum and cook the lentils for 30-40 minutes.
- 04
In a small pan, pour olive oil and put it on the fire. Pour the flour and roast a little. Stir it all the time.
- 05
Add the tomato paste and stir well.
- 06
Pour some water from the soup to the tomato flour, stir and sprinkle the seasonings. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
- 07
Add some more water to the gas station, stir and pour it into the soup. Also add fresh or dried mint to the soup. Smell the soup to taste. Boil all 2-3 minutes.
- 08
Wipe the finished soup through a sieve. The blender gives excessive foam, so the sieve is preferable.
