- 02
For the test, first beat the eggs with sugar.

Then add the flour with the baking powder and mix it. The dough is liquid.

or lubricated batter pour 1 tsp. spoonful of dough at a distance of about three cm from each other.
- 07
Bake at 180 degrees until roaring, about five minutes. It turns out 3-4 baking (depending on the size of the baking). Put the blanks all together and cover with a towel so that they do not dry out.
- 08
For the cream, mix the sour cream with sugar and cocoa. Soak the blanks in cream and lay out on a flat dish.
- 09
Make some layers.
- 10
For glaze, mix the sour cream, sugar and cocoa.
- 11
Heat this mass by stirring until boiling. It's gonna be a chocolate glossy glaze.
- 12
Turtle cake with sour cream cover with glaze and decorate it, so to speak, in the style of a turtle. For example, pieces of walnuts, as in the photo.
- 13
The Turtle cake is soaked quickly and is almost ready for serving. Keep it in the fridge. My cake was delivered to the birthday girl for a pleasant tea party!
