Vinaigrette is a universal salad that can be prepared on any day and even for a holiday. According to the classic recipe, the salad is prepared with sauerkraut and a standard set of vegetables: beets, carrots, potatoes, onions and pickles.

Beets, potatoes and carrots boil in uniforms. I often use a steamer for this.

Peel the vegetables off the peel.

Cut the beets in small blocks.

Carrots are finely sliced.

Cut the potatoes finely.

Grind onions and pickles. The latter will be needed depending on their size from 3 to 5 pieces.

Sauerkraut we need about 150 grams.

Stir all the ingredients in a salad bowl or pan. It is best to make a salad just before serving on the table. For this, it is best to use vegetable or aromatic oil, or mayonnaise as well - it all depends on your taste preferences.
