- 01
Prepare a yeast-based buttercup, zipper, sugar and cinnamon (optional).
- 02
Yeast dough cook according to your proven recipe or use, for example, the following composition: warm milk - 2 cups, eggs - 1-2 pieces, sugar - 2 tablespoons, margarine - 100 g, flour about 4 glasses (how much will it take), fast yeast - 1 bag (11 g) a pinch of salt.
- 03
Divide the dough into 3 parts. (This is four parts, but I used three pieces for bagels.)
- 04
For a sweet fragrant sprinkle, combine sugar and cinnamon. It is convenient to sprinkle it on the table and roll the dough directly on it or just dip the already twisted bagels in it.
- 05
Roll each piece of dough into a cake and divide into 8 parts.
- 06
On a wide part of the triangular piece of dough, lay a portion of the filling - saw and twist the bagel.
- 07
Leave the yeast bagels for 15-20 minutes for dissolution and then bake in a heated oven at 180-200 degrees before roaring, the main thing is not to overdry.
- 08
The bagels are ready.
- 09
Fragrant, sweet and soft, bagels with a veil, will certainly come to the taste of your whole family.

Serve the dish as directed and enjoy it while it is at its best.
