- 01
I will be going to the middle version today and show it.
- 02
Prepare for zeppelins raw and boiled in "coat", onions, starch, minced meat, salt and peppers, and for gravy: lard, onions and sour cream. Fresh greens for serving will also not be superfluous.
- 03
Grind the onions, half the onions will go to the minced meat, and the other half will be needed for the potato dough so that it does not darken.
- 04
Roast the minced with onions and spices or risk using raw.
- 05
Rub the raw potatoes by adding onion puree and place in a sieve or gauze to let the juice drain.
- 06
Grate the potatoes in a uniform and pair them with the grated potatoes.
- 07
Pour the potato juice.
- 08
And add the settled starch to the potatoes.
- 09
Put the potato dough out, it will turn out sticky and elastic. Divide it into portions and from each portion of dough with wet hands (or in plastic gloves) first make a cake, put a portion of minced meat on it and form a zeppelin - a kind of airship. It must be powdered with starch, which is previously poured on the surface of the board.
- 10
I have absolutely no one to photograph, i.e. my hands, so ... I will show you the result without the process of sculpting.
- 11
Boil the zeppelins in boiling, moderately salted water, throw them delicately and one at a time so that they do not stick together. Again, with ready-made mince, it is enough to cook them for 5-7 minutes.
- 12
For gravy, roast the pieces of lard with onions until golden, then add sour cream and put everything out together for a couple of minutes.
- 13
Get the finished zeppelins out with noise.
- 14
Zeppelins are ready, serve them with gravy. Put it on a dish rubbed with a piece of lemon. The warmed-up ones are delicious too...
